What happens if the weather or waves are bad?
Your booking is a request, not a fixed slot. We confirm by WhatsApp once we’ve checked the surf and drone-flying conditions for your date. If conditions are unsafe or the waves are flat, we’ll offer you the nearest good day — or you simply don’t pay.
How fast do I get my video, and in what format?
Your edited video is delivered within 24 hours by WhatsApp — group films within 48 hours — or download link. It comes in vertical 9:16 format, ready to upload straight to Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts — no cropping needed.
Is it legal to fly a drone at the beach?
We fly under EU and Portuguese (ANAC) drone rules — registered operator, safe distances from people, and we only fly when conditions and local rules allow it. Keeping the flight side safe and compliant is our job, not yours.
